William Grisham Recognized as the 2024 Zinpro® Undergraduate Poultry Science Scholarship Recipient
The scholarship honors Grisham’s academic and leadership achievements while promoting the importance of diversity in agriculture.
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. – May 2, 2024 – Zinpro Corporation, the world’s leading innovator and manufacturer of high-performance organic trace minerals and animal nutrition solutions, announced that the company has awarded William “Ches” Grisham with the 2024 Zinpro Undergraduate Poultry Science Scholarship Award.

The Zinpro Undergraduate Poultry Science Scholarship was established to promote diversity in the poultry science industry, and is awarded to a student belonging to gender, racial or ethnic groups that have been historically underrepresented in the United States. Successful applicants have shown exceptional scholastic achievement and service as well as an interest in continuing to learn and promote the role of the poultry industry in feeding the world’s growing population.
Grisham begins his senior year at Mississippi State University in Fall 2024 and earned early acceptance into the university’s veterinary curriculum.
“Being selected as the recipient of the Zinpro Corporation’s Undergraduate Poultry Science Scholarship is an incredible honor,” said Grisham. “This award will allow me to enter the last year of my undergraduate career with minimal financial stress so that I can fully invest my time in my courses at Mississippi State University. I am very grateful to have been chosen as a recipient for this award and look forward to growing my knowledge and experiences in the poultry industry.”
